Change up all these add ons so you always get something different.


  • quinoa
  • arugula
  • any fruits (I use mangos)
  • green onion
  • roasted sweet peppers
  • all natural fig balsamic dressing
  • chickpeas
  • beans
  • corn

Other add ons:

  • mushrooms
  • feta
  • cucumbers
  • olives
  • tomatoes
  • avocados
  • hemp seeds

Cook the quinoa and boil the chickpeas, beans & corns. ➯ Then simply assemble all the ingredients on a plate.
I use green onion, roasted sweet red peppers, pine nuts, arugula, mangos and all natural fig balsamic dressing.
