These biscuits are a perfect combination of buttery dough and sweet biscuits as well as some incorporation of dried fruit pieces.
These salami biscuits are perfect as a snack to satisfy that sweet tooth. They are best served cold and must be stored in the fridge. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 200ml milk (I use almond)
- 100g coconut sugar
- 150g unsalted butter (I use vegan made out of cashews)
- 2-3tbsp cocoa powder
- Few tbsp rum extract
- 500g biscuits
- a pinch of salt
Instruction:
Warm 200ml milk (do not let it boil)
➯ add 100g sugar & 150g butter in
the pot with the milk once it’s melted add 1 tbsp cocoa powder + (depending on your taste) a few tbsp rum extract.
Let it cool down.

in the meantime break up 500g plain biscuits and cut up 100g dried fruit
(I use apricot)

pour the liquid over top
of the dry ingredients

let it soak for few minutes

finally roll it up in surround wrap

put it in the fridge overnight and serve the next day
