• If your cancellation request is made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled session, you will not be eligible for a refund.
• No refunds will be issued after a session has been delivered.

Rescheduling:

The service provider holds the right to reschedule the session at their earliest convenience if any required fields, such as personal information, are left blank or incomplete.
